Ingredients
- 500g of cleaned, deveined shrimp
- Salt to season
- 1/2 teaspoon of red chillie powder
- 1 and 1/2 a cup flour
- 1 and 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/3 cup cornstarch
- 1 lightly beaten egg
- 1 and 1/ cup water(use as needed, only adding in 1/2 a cup to reach the correct consistency).

- If using fresh shrimp, remove the head and shell of the shrimp.
